1. Purpose

These terms regulate the purchase of products offered through the E-NextRider Sport Pro Gear S.L. online store, as well as the rights and obligations derived from the contractual relationship between the company and the customer.

The store specializes in electric sports mobility, high-performance electric vehicles, equipment, accessories, and products related to sports practice.

2. Placing orders

5. Products on order

6. Orders for high-value products or vehicles

Certain products, such as EUCs, high-performance electric scooters, electric motorcycles, electric motocross bikes, karts, and other vehicles, may be subject to specific procedures for preparation, documentation, transport, or delivery.

For certain products, additional information may be requested from the customer, which is necessary to properly manage the order, delivery, or relevant documentation.

7. Payment

The customer may use the payment methods available in the store at the time of placing the order.

The order will not be considered confirmed until the payment has been correctly authorized or received.

In the event that a payment transaction is rejected, canceled, or cannot be completed, the order may remain pending confirmation until the payment is successfully completed.

8. Order confirmation

Once the order is received, E-NextRider Sport Pro Gear S.L. will send a confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.

For certain products on order, confirmation of availability may be provided subsequently, before proceeding with shipment.

If there is any manifest error in the price, availability, or product description, the company will inform the customer and proceed in accordance with applicable legislation.

When a product is not homologated or authorized for use on public roads, it must not be used on them.

16. Vehicle documentation and characteristics

In the case of electric vehicles, the documentation, certifications, homologations, and traffic conditions will depend on the specific model.

The customer must check the legal conditions applicable to the use of the vehicle in the territory where it will be used.

When a vehicle requires specific documentation for registration, licensing, traffic use, or sports use, this will be indicated on the product page or during the purchase process where applicable.

However, typographical, technical, or update errors from manufacturers or distributors may occur.
